Terms and conditions of use

General terms and conditions of sale

Our sales are governed exclusively by the provisions of French law in force when the contract was drafted connecting us with our client and by the present general terms and conditions of sale, which are an integral part of any contract relating to our sales. All orders imply the acceptance by the buyer of the present terms and conditions. Accordingly, no contrary clause other than the present terms and conditions will apply if we have not formally accepted it.

Supplies

The products supplied are exactly and uniquely those in our catalogue or on our website. The photographs illustrating the presented products are not contractual.

Order

All orders are binding upon reception by our company of your order request. The express acceptance of our offers, estimate or other provisions of sale implies the client’s complete agreement with the provisions of the present terms and conditions of sale, unless agreed otherwise expressly or explicitly in writing, these terms and conditions cancel and replace any clause, stipulation, proposition or special condition made in the order or in our client’s correspondence. We are committed to honoring the orders received only within the limits of the product stocks available. If the product is not available, we promise to inform our client rapidly and within the 30 days from the reception of your order, either by delivering the product to you or reimbursing you by check.

Conditions of payment

Payments are made upon ordering by cash, check, money order or credit card. Orders without payment will not be filled.

Delivery

Delivery will take place by delivering the products to the post office for France deliveries or to a shipping company for foreign deliveries. If they delivery periods are specified, they are only provided for general information purposes only. In case of delivery delay, the order can only be canceled and confirmed only after a formal summons without any subsequent performance by us, within one month. Under no circumstances shall damages be claimed. We consider that we are freed from any obligation related to delivery in cases of events beyond our control, delay by the buyer in supplying documents or necessary information for the fulfillment of our obligations.

Shipping

We ensure the packaging at the buyer’s fees and expense. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fees and removal are the buyer’s responsibility. Whatever the means of shipment, products are sent at the consignee's own risk. If the package has evidence of tampering or poor handling upon reception, notification must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. After 7 days from the time of delivery, no claim will be accepted.

Ownership

The products become the client’s property upon the day and hour of their shipment or their removal from our site. For health measures, no product can be returned or exchanged.

Complaints

Complaints must be made within a maximum of three days following the receipt of the products and must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. No return will be accepted without our express written authorization.

Guarantee

Our product guarantee is, by explicit agreement, strictly limited to replacing the products which we recognize as defective and is made to the exclusion of all fees, compensation and damages.

Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute or failure to perform contractual obligations properly only the Court of Saint Brieuc shall have jurisdiction.

Data Protection Act

The collected data is handled by computer processing in order to manage your order and shipment of documents and promotions. In compliance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you benefit from the right to access and require rectification of the personal information that has been collected about you.
